What great sounding guitars
Pure! I can almost feel the wood vibrate against my chest. Great groove. Love the vocal. That high lonesome tenor is so bluegrass perfect. A real winner.

Very nice
The harmonies are terrific and the bass is great. The guitars add a nice warmth too. For a practice session this is first rate.

Thank you!
I love being a part of a band! This was recorded on one of those Zoom H4 recorders, Steve and I sat on either side of the bass amp and we faced the mics toward us. This tune gets played at many different tempos, this is one of the slower ones.

I love the guitar playing on this...
That's just for starters. Are you playing the lead lines? It's really nice playing...

This is a nice, strong song, and I love the melody and harmony...

Women really seem to interpret this song differently from men. It's been the most interesting song we do on that level. I'm glad you like it Roxy.

about 2007 I received the gift of a presonus firepod. That launched me back into a love of music that I hadn't realized I'd been missing. Since then I've been writing and learning the craft of recording and mixing. I am now in two acoustic groups-... [see more]
