Description
I've decide to leave the mix as it is. It grows on me. It ain't going anyplace in a hurry, so I've decided I don't mind the slow build, which is fine for that southern feel. :-) You can also download it now - how nice is that? Y'all c'mon back anytime now, ya hear?

Great build, Richard. Really fine capture. I've spent time in New Orleans and this is a sweet picture.

Thank you, Bob
I think it's a bit long, as is, but I deliberately did that to give me room to manoeuvre later. No chord changes as yet, I'm still learning how to get that properly in Garage Band. Any tips?

Beautiful atmosphere
Successful dive in the swamps of Louisiana.
Let's try to avoid caimans!

louisiana shuffle
cool feel with a groove. neat rhythm guitar, riffing and wah. percussion very effective. the build up works very well. then the sax. well spaced instruments. nice change at 3:36. with cool orchestration then the happy feel at 4:18 enjoyed. cheers

Somedoy has good ears
Thanks for giving it such close attention. I think there are perhaps too many spaces and the intro's a bit long. But as was said, it's a work in progress.

Fascinating
Interesting the way you build the work. I can imagine this in the background of movie titles. The playing is exceptional - I especially love the flute around the 3 min mark. THe change in feel shortly after that as more lush instrumentation takes over gives good variety. Much enjoyed!
