Description
I had this funky rhythm sitting in my archives, and Kevin Swaney gabbed it and played this awesome lead over it. Instant classic Kevin Swaney

Very well done
the lead is killer but what caught my attention was that cool bass line right off the bat. I like the yngwie style arpeggio riffs the guitarist uses in here, very fun sounding. I have always had a weakness for slap bass. I love it.

Great stuff
Has a depth to it that just holds you keeps you listening. I'm not the biggest fan of slap bass but it does work very well here. And I can only agree with Charles about the guitar! Superb - enjoyed this very much Freddy.

moon microbes
pretty mental guitar riffing and wangy bar action. satriani-esque runs (not of this earth). large portions of technique going on here. cool stuff

Cool jam for sure
the guitar is pretty damn awesome - and that bass rules the floor. Nice collab. That bit at 1:13 is sweet.

bassline
wins. So catchy. the guitartone is really nice, if not my cup of tea. The actual playing is very proficient, though -- impressive.

WOW_____
Impressive....I'm playing this one for Ric Jr. -- Awesome work Mr.F-Jams "Loob". Kevin has the chops and can arpeggiate better than anyone I've heard here at MJ's. Is that you playing the Bass or a loop?

Very nice - Enjoyed - Thanks for sharing,

mvh : )

re:WOW_____
Hi Michael. This has been in my jukebox for years. I have to go back and look at what year this was done. Probably been a decade. The instruments I really play are harmonica (played since I was 7), drums (since I was 17), and keyboard. If I play a bassline it'll be done on keys. So it's loops. I'm always working rhythms, and arrangements. Sometimes I just stop working on a piece and let it sit. Hopefully I'll come back to it and finish it, but quite often one of my friends will see the piece and grab it and finish it, after sitting in the archives for years... I have tons of unfinished, just waiting for people to help me bring it home.

There is another one on my profile that Kevin did with me, and Mark Connors. It's called "Strangely Familiar". It's even tastier I think, from an arrangement point of view. Kevin just shines on everything he does! Thanks for listening... I'm slowly showing my backlog here... LOL

Ode to the microbe
Finally, another song with the microbe theme. This is great. Dazzling guitar, awesome bass, and a cool understated rhythm track to hold it together.
