Midnight Blue
Great tune. Love the arrangement. The guitar solo is very cool. The whole thing has a Modern English vibe I love.

Really excellent work here Bryn
Love hearing your guitar - don't get enough of that. Ditto the vocals. As for the mighty blender - well that secret has been out for a long time.
The A/B side concept was a cool idea. Must admit I expected an unrecognizable B side - but What you did was create two very good mixes of the same song. I think I'm partial to the more atmospheric B side. Or it could be the familiarity effect. Side two has a really nice Luna / Yo La Tengo vibe that's right up my alley. Now - for another listen...

two blue
excellent song for starters. i like the variety shown between the two versions. i like both but the side-b i like by a hair. mostly because it has more air in the track. both are killer tracks

Post-Modern English
Yes, a bit of Modern English and perhaps a bit of Moody Blues, as well. But it still comes out fresh and sweet.

A very nice-sounding track. Nicely done. ;)

Very cool tune
very well done. Interesting alt pop sounds mixed beautifully - a veritable aural dessert.
Prefer the electric version, but both takes sound great.
Cheers,
N

man...
talk about multitalented. To be able to sing and play so many different instruments with such professional precision, on top of orchestrating this top-notch production, is admirable.

I like how the acoustic version has such nice little electronic touches in it. Both versions are great renditions!

beautiful song, expert craftsmanship
And nice singing too. I enjoyed both "sides", intriguing how "B" was more "present and intimate". Sweet.

This Works
Re Side A: I love the way this comes together - lots happening but it all adds something rather than just fill things out. Top guitar solo - the sound fits in magnificently!
Re Side B: Different, obviously, but still powerful and full of interest. Impressive work!
