Description
Just a little something along the lines of "Uneasy Rider" or "Wildwood Weed" - always enjoyed those two songs and so I wrote this one by way of a "salute" to those songs from my youth.

Can You...
Show me the path to that money tree? Hehe, very creative song. Reminds me of something Jimmy B might sing. Cool tune!

Good songwriting.
pack up all your s*** and get out, def in the vein of Hank or Charlie Daniels, love the banjo playing, perhaps we could collab for a song, my Dad loves the banjo, he used to play "Dueling Banjos" for me when I was young, trust me its a stretch since I do rap music! Let me know, nice chorus!

LOL!
Really enjoyed this. Laughed out loud a couple of times, especially at the 'chorus, what chorus?' bit!

Very true, i imagine, your moral is, sir, if you look at what a mess rich people often get themselves into! Not that i would know!

Like the picking, as well, although that's something i don't know much about either!

Cheers

Marc

Shades of Ray Steven's, John,
only better. My only nit is that for me the drums seemed to be covering up part of the vocal in places, making it hard for this deaf old man to catch all the lyrics. ( most likely more a problem with my ears, rather than your mix)

Now that that's out of the way, I really love what you've done here, John. Love these story telling songs, especially ones with a moral. and this is s good one. The banjo sounds terrific as does the rest of the music bed.

Great song writing and delivery my friend,

Ed
