Giuseppe Verdi (aka Joe Green)
Is one of my favorite composers from the 19th Century and I think like myself, he would have deeply appreciated and enjoyed this spectacular updating of one of his best known works. Simply grand John (and special appreciation for that homage to the great Vernon Duke in there!) Thank you! Michael

Beautiful! It's amazing how well these cross genre arrangements work. Your playing sounds so effortless! Bill Evans and Vince Guarald come to mind!

I always love your deft re-arrangements of the classics into the classy jazzy world. I even hear a little Claude Bolling in here. Verdi always wanted to write tunes people could leave the theater humming, and you've added the element here of us bobbing and tapping our feet too (usually frowned upon in the opera theater.) Love it!

Great
I love the jazzy feel you bring to this classic. Not always easy with such well-known material to get the listener to approach it differently from what they're used to, but you certainly achieve it here with me! Lovely touch on the piano. And to finish with a touch of "Taking a Chance on Love" is inspired! Much enjoyed
