no post nonsense
man this is GREAT. I love how it takes off around the 6 minute mark. I was listening while reading something and it was exhilarating, for real. the other thing i really dig about your soloing is that there are very few start-stop-start parts. What you do isn't complicated, but you have a lot more patience than the average joe and you let the riffs play out, so that it seems like one musical idea vs. a hodge podge of technique. hope that makes sense. really enjoyed.

Thanks Craig
I was afraid to post this because it is so long and indulgent. Glad you appreciate the process and the time it takes for ideas to evolve. I'm enjoying exploring the sonic landscape more and more these days - never having played like this very much before.

power of raw²
I really dig jams like this. Snare's not lacking, nor guitar. Kinda off time I like. Wish I could hear more of the kit bass punch and bass guitar - but I understand...

You're right about the recording
I tried to eq some more bass into it - but at a certain point it gets muddy. Sounds best on phones - the bass is lost on speakers. We're planning to go into a recording studio when we get back together in a few weeks. Nice of you to drop by Harold.

Great background distorto jam. Really intense. Just what the doctor ordered. Sounds pretty good through the new iMac's internal speakers actually (trying stuff out...;-)

Great jam! Love the live feel. Guitar is crazy good with that feedback. Wammy bar 2:25? Great sound for 3 guys. Pretty good through my phones ... too bad there wasn't a bigger bottom but totally understandable with the way it was recorded. I think it's raw and fresh. ? A lot of times you try to do something like that in a studio and you lose the feel. Creative stuff!
