Description
A finger picked harp blowing porchy jiggy type of dance thang ....I think...I mixed and mastered it a bit more but I still don't know what all the bells and whistles are for !! All genuine critique gratefully and gladly looked for......

Great pickin" ... very country blues, toe tappin' jam. The harp is fun ... wanted to hear a "hee haw" in there. Good fun tune. Love the title!

Nice guitar tone. A lot of really cool country riffing! There's a Beatles Act Naturally vibe here I like!

Yahoo!
You know, quite honestly, country music--for the most part--not a big favorite for me really, but this style of it, I've always loved (must be the beat and those bending notes, which you do so well here by the way Chris). This was really fine. I'd be hard pressed to find any faults worth mentioning, but the ending was kind of cut off somehow--perhaps starting that bass coda a bit earlier and bringing it to a full close (maybe the cut off was an accident? If you need a witness, I'm available! Nyuck, nyuck, nyuck!) Thanks again Chris--perfect first morning listen. Michael

Drag your Feet and your Face will Fall Off
Really good tune, it moves along nicely, misses a vocal for me, it works as an instrumental its just missing Dolly. And did you rip the title off Skweryl??
Jarvoid said 2192 days ago (June 26th, 2011)
Never thought of
that....it's not just rock music that 'll do that to you !!!......................hang on .....what do you mean ...it's missing a cloned sheep ???

Very cool tune, got me tapping my foot!

Inspired by a little
band called Skweryl and their face melting antics.I think that the tradition oif face melting should be carried over to other genres.

Cheers

And
I though it was only hard rock that made your face fall off!
A toe tapping little jig. The slides and bends are great. I think you really achieved what you were going for with the front porch ditty.
More skill in here than someone may think. I knows I couldn't do it!
Nice

Thanks a lot mate
I tried not to be too Jarvoid and put some slurs and bends and slides in ....and slow it down inside the tempo instead of beating the guitar with an egg whisk.....although that gives me an idea....

Cheers

Chris,
This sounds wonderful..... your mastering technique really worked giving you a nice full warm sound.... guitar is great (lovin' that tricky right hand0 and the harmonica isn't bad either..... not doing so bad with those bells and whistles..... they'll be hiring you for the movies next LOL, regards M

I put a bit of thought into
this and slowed down the riffing (within the beat of course) finally getting that you can slide and bend without having to go 100 miles an hour and still keep it at a quick tempo....I love epiphanies !
