A Summer Night's Brooklyn Wedding

Description
One more installment, one more chapter of a larger story. The song cover is an "older" painting made a couple months ago, but one that is very influential of my current work whether musical or visual arts. This painting was (is) also very recently the cover to "Diddle", a book by Daniel Staniforth which most of you probably know.

Lyrics
A Summer Night's Brooklyn Wedding

The little thing, was on a swing, and swung so wide it got wings. It flew away, into the sky, and landed softly by his bride. A trumpet started to play, a flower did in fact sway, and burst into tears, as love filled the temple, as characters started to cheer.

They danced in a circles around the Brooklyn Pole,
they clapped their hands and drunk their Holy Blood.
They swung and swing and swang, and laughed out loud,
as the blood red sun slowly sank down.

The little thing was happy as a bee, the first night in the Bridal Bed, he drank the Virgins Milk, and sank his pole into her cushion. Breakfast was served on a leaf, bird were singing la-la-la. Him and his newlywed, soon joined the Brooklyn Dancers again.

Enjoying this!
I'm really enjoying this creative streak you've been on lately. So much great music these past few days. This one is no exception. I hope at some point you put something together with the music and the visuals. Your work, both musically and visually, is so vivid. It always just reaches out and grabs you.

You are a talented man indeed.

It's been a while since I've heard one of your songs. I'm glad that I dropped by. I'd forgotten how intense your music can be.

Excellently done.
