Hey Francine

Description
Here’s a song we recently did a re record of. It was another very early post that got taken down quickly for a better recording/mix. I guess the lyrics refer to someone not called Francine! But I heard this wonderful French lady with that name speaking on BBC Radio 4 one day and she seemed like a good title for a song! Pleased with Steve’s spontaneous electric guitar solo on this one. Hope you like it. Cheers Mark

Lyrics
Hey Francine

Now we are strangers
But we used to be so close
Someday I’ll pay the piper
Till then I’ll play this tune

Now I’ll never be
The thing I never was
When you find all else fades
Only love remains

Hey Bon Soir Francine
Elegant beauty bangles and beads

Victims of circumstance
Half a live in the wrong place
Victims of circumstance
Half a life in the wrong time

Did you get the life you wanted?
A life without pills and ills
I just didn’t know what I needed to know
I can’t believe I let you go

Hey Bon Soir Francine
Elegant beauty bangles and beads

Hey Francine
Nice melody ... love when the chorus comes in with those rich harmonies. Acoustic guitar sounds good in the mix ... nice dreamy electric guitar lead. Good tune and enjoyed the production. Catchy chorus....
