Hi Guys....
I'm listening to this as I type this. Up to this point in the piece, 4:33, I am loving the soundscape. It is rich with surprise and delight and is truly a box of chocolates that Forrest Gump's mother would be proud of. The various parts seem inspired. You have my full attention so I'll leave this to carry on with the immersive appreciation....

Take care.

Paul

...
Well, all I can say is that I pushed play, and was enjoying it and then went about doing my things I do around the house and on the computer and quite some time later I realized that it wasn't playing anymore, so there you have it. A hard tune to critique. Perhaps I'll watch the movie.

beautiful mix
this is pretty intense Bryn. you really did a wonder on this one. really into the dragging feel of the beat with that cicada rhythm in the background at the beginning. i have to put this on my phone so I can listen to the entire piece while driving tomorrow.

A coy, dismal piece
I love the interchanging elements of warmth and coldness here. The soundscape promises emotion, and like the devil, delivers something unexpected. Gorgeous, clean illustration of motes within a phantom bigger picture. I'd love to try my hand at remixing the first movement.

Excellent work Bryn
you've gone into the deep space on this one. I ilke the relatively close levels of all the disparate elements while still maintaining definition through the beginning section. Is this mostly elements from Perkins? I can ID the screech and maybe the fairy dust synth - the beats could be from anywhere I suppose. Nice change at 4 minutes - has a slight Dazzle Ships OMD feel that I really like. I'm hearing bits of Girls and Clover here now too.The belly of the beast is gorgeous (9:00 or so) - then the emergence and outro. Fantastic.
