Siren call of deep space...
Nice Lego-inspired artwork. Good to see that people can still put together literate lyrics theses days as well :-) Sounds pretty scary up there on that asteroid. The siren call of deep space is beckoning. Nice sense of ambiance. A bit different to some of the other entries, which is good. Take care, Peter

Space odyssey
creepyness, yikes! I hope space is way less scary sounding than this, wow! But then again it is a big place, plenty of room for all kinds. Wierd stuff indeed, but interesting.

Cool avant-garde music, really skillfully made and towards the end in my ears also very beautiful (wanted more of that!).

Enjoyed this nevertheless.

I've
changed my mind; I want to get offffff! This is so magnificently haunting.... I can hear that asteroid creaking and groaning as it passes outside what we know as space...... so very atmospheric, regards M

Loneliness of the long-distance voyager
I can easily imagine space sounding like that. Especially after you've been asteroid mining for several months with no one to talk to. Then your mind, or mine at least, would start going: "ahhhhhhh.....wah...oooohhhhhhhh.....wah...weeeee...." etc.
Oh wait, maybe my mind is already gone!

auch sprach zarathustra
beauty is in the mind of the beholder. and who might know if the alien life form stretched across the asteroid field would consider us, the alien outsiders, in our right minds? soothing, in a deeply unsettling way.

The Siren Call
A lure
pulling all ensnared
deep into the void

Formless
the skin chills
the mind follows sound

A MONOLITHic Entry
Very Ligetti like. Reminds me of something...

The thing's hollow—it goes on forever—and—oh my God—it's full of stars!

2001 - Ten years after. Very cool.

Through
the Star Gate. Very cool soundscape, for some reason, which sounds oddly familiar! Lyrics immense. ;)

Seriously, a great addition to my growing playlist. Most excellent ambience.

HAL: I'm afraid. I'm afraid, Dave. Dave, my mind is going. I can feel it. I can feel it. My mind is going. There is no question about it. I can feel it. I can feel it. I can feel it. I'm a...fraid. Good afternoon, gentlemen. I am a HAL 9000 computer. I became operational at the H.A.L. plant in Urbana, Illinois on the 12th of January 1992. My instructor was Mr. Langley, and he taught me to sing a song. If you'd like to hear it I can sing it for you.

Dave Bowman: Yes, I'd like to hear it, HAL. Sing it for me.

HAL: It's called "Daisy". Daisy, Daisy, give me your answer do. I'm half crazy all for the love of you. It won't be a stylish marriage, I can't afford a carriage. But you'll look sweet upon the seat of a bicycle built for two.

Asteroid song
Love the 2001 monolith vocal track. Unfortunately, there's not enough gravity to actually stand on an asteroid that small, but who's counting? Maybe he's wearing the ShooTek 4000 polarity induction boots. That could work. Great stuff, and top lyrics that really convey the experience.

Those voices
beckon yet I'm not sure I want to go to them - something unsettling. Which is just perfect for a piece about space.
Cheers,
Charlie

What is out there?
Using real voices instead of synths - how original :)

This has a HUGE sense of mystery and space, not to mention a good dose of foreboding.

Terrific collab.
