Description
This is another less-Ambient mix from me. It is the place I'm going to in the development of the Reinholtean sound. This mix is more in keeping with normal music and is repetative but yet has development.

Hi Dave....
I'm happy that you stopped by to listen and found the mix enjoyable. It has made my day.

I did wonder about how the whole thing would sound to others...

Take care.

I like this new direction, interesting and evocative. Lots to be explored here. Good sounds and good mix!

There's good and bad in this change of direction. I don't know how long it will last, if it will last or even if this style will develop more!! On top of this I'm finishing off my second web album, so there's work on that in the Zazen-style of earlier, so I have to keep my mind around 'that' style of composing, and on top of all of this I don't mind where the creative urge takes mem, so no fixed focus.

This mix, and the last mix, were both tracks that I did not immediately want to upload. I thought they were bad. I uploaded them as I've felt the same way about other tracks and have found that some listeners liked them. It's all a mystery to me, doing music that others enjoy and that I enjoy listening too as well. C'est la Vie!!

Take care.

Android wants to be human.
The pattern that centers in this piece is a nice line to follow. The swirling sustained pads have their own patterns. Overall to me has an organic sound then mecha like most repeating patterns on synth do. Nice little piece Paul, thanks for sharing.

Hi Patty.....
I think that your observations are spot on. I wanted a piece that was not just 'Ambient' but that had movement and rhythm albeit in a non-formal way.

Take care.

I'm currently busy with getting my life back on some sort of track and hope to get into the music making business again in the near future, with a planned third net album 'Karma of Love' that will be an Immersive Ambient set of tracks. This should be... [see more]
