Growling Cats and PInball Machines

Description
This is a pop tune I wrote awhile back and forgot to finish. It's inspired by Takako Minekawa and Cornelius. I really admire a lot of the artists in some of the various Japanese experimental pop scenes, and they are 2 of my faves. The title comes from the sounds that are in the song which sound like... cats and pinball machines.

I used the XILS3 synth a lot on this track and not really sure about the drums as I had bounced them out and trashed the original MIDI files (something I like to do to force myself to make a decision). The drum fills were made with delay (as the beat is pretty much the same thing all the way through the tune). I pitch shifted them (probably with Hematohm) and ran them through a ring modulator.

feel free to do whatever you like to this track, would be curious to see what people do.

Great laid back sounds. The La La's are perfect.

Inspired trick using delay for the drum fills.

Cool title. I like the growling cat synth. BG vocals work well. I could hear this as a background for film or tv.

Michael, you do this thing...
...where you combine neat harmonic and melodic ideas and textures with bits that have an odd leavening of elements of noise to them... I don't even know how to describe it, but it's pretty neat...
