Description
Yes. This soundscape is a protest against all totalitarian regimes, everywhere in the world, especially around North Korea, Tibet, China and of course one or two Arab countries where families have vested interest in the so-called status quo. The peoples will eventually rise up against this type of oppression, repression, suppression as it opposes the soul of the peoples living under these soul-destroying leaders and their lackies (powerful though they may be).

It's all put together using evolving Pad sounds.

Hi Dave.....
I think there's a very loud wake up call going around the world at the moment. This has been building up since the mid 40's and just might have reached enough momentum to mean something. People are fed up of the same old same old and want something that works and something that they have a say in or a part of.

Take care.

Hi Paul
Love this one. What is your computer set up like? Are all your soundscapes that you create strictly software generated?

Thanks,
patty

Hi Patty.....
I'm dropping you a note regarding my setup and how I put my sounds together.

Basically these sounds are evolving PAD sounds from a commercial set of presets for the Zebra 2 synth, called Hybrids. I used three instances for this soundscape with different presets on each stereo pair.

Take care.

Hi Ricky.....
It's a basic human right but right now there are still people around who are bullies and think that they know best for everyone else and sometimes they get away with it for a while, short or long.

Take care.

Nice stuff
Depicting bad stuff. I really like this one, without the distinct chord changes in e.g. your "next" piece (which I just listened to). I like when the sounds just evolves like this. Good "sparklies" too, that help keep interest but still keep to the serious theme. Really well done, Paul. Thanks for the copy.

Take care,
Henke

Hi Henke......
Yes. I'm having a bit of a change in what I put together and then upload here. I'm going through an experimenting phase (of sorts). I don't know where it will take me but I want to take the journey.

Take care.
