HA! Im going to have to ask the guitar players what guitars they used. I know that Todd Kester used a Paul Reed Smith. And I think Steve Moulton used a old Cort guitar.(He had the coolest weird guitars in town.) And Bob used to used Gibsons. But he played his files at home and I didnt get to see the guitar or even ask.

Nifty
I like the song. Good groove and all that. Despite the basic two chord structure it does not outstay its welcome.

The guitar parts are interesting. A couple times I thought something was going to be a major solo, and then it turns out to be 4 bars or so. But very taste 4 bars.

It sounds like
you ALL are having a ball. Harold has me thinking, there is something familiar sounding about it but I can't place it either. Cool beans, as he often says. Kind of laid back with a cool groove.

Sounding good Steve
Now if I was mixing, I'd probably have it super clean and everything would be easily identifiable - but then I'd have missed the total feel that was required. This works really well, and the sound works peerfectly. I like the vocals and there is a very early 70s feel going on. Nice guits.
Cool post!

I bet....
I bet you even heard all the background noise. When I say listen...the dog came in the room and knocked over a guitar and I left it in. The lo-fi genre made me do it. HA! The early 70's is what I was wanting! Thanks for the listen and comment!

Having a ball
I dig the bass electric piano sound and how it works with the quirky guitar hits. The layered vocals evokes an era that The Doors and The Animals made famous. I dig the build. The track kept getting cooler (although I'd have a little more lead instrumental when it first comes in). The lead guitar seems a bit too loud @ 2:40. Really fun journey. Thanks for sharing this.

A first!
It was the first time I have ever played all keyboard. I did fix the lead guitar at 2:40. A was wondering where I was getting the layer vocal effect. So I went and listened and right you are. I just knew I liked it. It was fun doing this song. Thanks for the stop and listen Tobin!!

Yea, Steve...
This is cool. The groove is infectious, nice guitar, the vocals are working nice.
This sounds like a marketable trademark sound. The basic fun is in the track, maybe it's a bit cluttered about three minutes. Perhaps the guitars are in the wrong place, I mean they are competing for the same sonic territory. Move one up and one down? Pan the results away from each other... just an idea.
Really nice, impressive use of a lot of elements- and it's fun!
