Description
Here we are again folks. Hopefully not outstaying our welcome.

This chord sequence started life as a "Guitars visit the Delta" project but it got sped up a bit and turned into this ragtime (kind of) piece.

Peter: Chord sequence, left and right acoustics, midi organ, percussion, mix/master.

Philip: Lead guitar, bass, drums.

Anyway, another in the franchise...

All comments graciously accepted.

Thanks,

Peter & Philip

Thanks, Stan. Been away fishing for a couple of days so a bit slow in replying. Glad you liked it. Philip did a great job with the lead work. I'll be on the west coast of Canada later in August. One day I would like to get across to the east. Take care, Peter.

Thanks, Chris. A week of night shift is enough to make anyone bleary eyed. I must have forgot to unmute the vocal track. Damm. Maybe you could work some of these lyrics into your next song... :-) Glad you liked it. Take care, Peter.

A touch of the Wombles...
Hi Julian. Yes it does have a touch of the Wombles about it. That acid you are talking about, that would be malic acid wouldn't it. I once had problems with it as well after I ate too many apples... Talk soon, Peter.

Rainbow on acid!
What would Zippy say? Lovely tone on both guitars. It would definitely fit in with one of the superior kids' shows from the 70's. My favourite was "Play Away". It was very hip.

What would Zippy say, indeed...
Hi Graham. My guess is, "One skin, two skin, three skin, four......" I chased up Rainbow and can see why it never quite made the telly. LOL. It does have a breezy, playful feel that would be a good fit for a kid's show - a "superior" one, of course, as you suggest. I will look up "play Away" as well. Thanks, Peter.

Great sound and feel
Much enjoyed this - especially the exuberant tempo and the positive spirit of the playing.

Forgive me one small recommendation: when you have the fully diminished seventh chord coming in, the soloing guitarist has a great oppotunity to arpegiate that chord with great effect.
