Description
I was inspired to try another dub tune after listening to Peterms' brilliant "Bhindi Mango" last week, so here it is. All electronic save for the audio vocal samples I've used. Started with a bog standard bass line, added kick, snare and hats, then took it from there. Two bass tracks, eight percussion, five synths and three audio. I've used Logic's EXP24, Dimension, Rapture and Zebra 2 synths and Ultrabeat for all the percussion. Audio Damage's wonderful DubStation came in very handy too!
Anyway, hope you'll take a listen. Thanks if you do!

I like this groove and I'm lovin' that deep bass ... very reggae ... nice mix. I really enjoyed this ... as the vocal samples say ... "yes yes yes yes ... music"! ... "incredible ... yes".
Cheers

Quite fun
to listen to, well done. I used some of the samples to quite a different effect on my Baby Blue. And I quote your comment "I love all the little samples you've thrown in". And now you've made some pretty good use of them yourself (1052 days later) ;-)

Good to hear from you, hope all is well.

Thanks and take care,
Henke

Really nice piece. Glad you liked those lyrical phrases.
Fantastic sounds and it's so amazing that you were inspired to use the same Vox pattern as in my 'What's Going On" piece I am encouraged to have influenced you and your magic! Production work is Excellent! Fine work my man!

yeah mon
From classical reworkings to heavy dub sound. Is there no end to your talents?
Is was almost like I was back in Brixton walking down Coldharbour lane.
I like the way you cut the bass notes 'out' of the 2nd lines.
Very effective
And cool use of the delay and samples
Just the stuff for a spring day like today
cheers

Solid bass sets this canvas on maja-flava blvd. in Big Smile City..I like that you didn't add any clutter as so many do when steppin' into Dub City...just straight smiles here...most excellent indeed..:):):)peace

A very kewlio reggae sounding piece. Powerful bass with echoes of sound bytes. Nice array of instruments here with nice layering.

Creative use of the vox over your beats and synth. This raises the temperature in here and makes me think of beaches with palm trees. Cool track Dave. or as the voice says "amazing...azing...azing...."
