Nicely done.
I wish it was longer and had a proper ending; I hope this has some development sometime as it is surely worthy of it.

Great chunky rhythm guitar sounds. I like the octave figure on the right. The right singer could make this a hit, although it stands up nicely as an instrumental. Great mix. Full, punchy, and clear. NO DOWNLOAD! BUT I WANT THIS ON MY IPOD!

I agree with Andrew ... the right singer would really make this. The guitars rock! Love the crunchy thick tone and the octaves are pretty cool. Good job with the drums. Interesting progression. The ending seems a bit abrupt. Enjoyed.

High energy
High energy rock, Egbert. Nice thick, crunchy guitar riffage and quality drums/bass backer. Definitely one to develop further. Vocalists apply within :-) Thanks, Peter.

Great energy, exuberant piece. The "A" section in particular reminds me of the Chili Peppers. Strong playing throughout. The drums are well integrated and there are some nice fills. Definitely worth developing further.

great riffs

Nice arrangement; at 0:50 and later the chords step down - maybe try the same chords but step them UP with octaves? That way it might keep it all on the up and up, rising to higher emotion (does that make sense at all???).

Any whoo, enjoyable

Totally tight, but desperate for some lyrics to drive the emotion to the clouds. Excellent. Wish I had the pipes to do it justice. Great guitar tones.

Makes me want...
to break out an electric guitar and jam along... excellent opening... I keep wanting to write lyrics in my head to this. Ever since I was twelve I've written songs and I believe am a rather fair lyricist... Started singing at a very young age (I think about 4 years old) with my dad who was a minister - just singing those old hymns - I miss those days. Anyways, I really like your work here. You got real talent!

I sent...

Your song FLYING HIGH with my Lyrics
Here is my work on your song Egbert - I still need to get into a studio and clean it up a bit, but this will show you the direction I see this song heading. Thanks so much for giving me permission to work on your music. You've got some great talent I wish we could do some collaborating - my mind is flying a mile a minute thinking of all the possibilities. I have two guitarists in my band UBIQUITOUS WORSHIP - one has a classical background and can also play keys. Three guitarists if you include myself. It's been a blast and I can't wait to clean up this work and show you it's full potential - awesome song dude. http://www.macjams.com/song/74711
