Great Way to Start the Day
First sounds I'm listening to today, and they knock me outta my box.
Sets the imagination going. Mantra-like. Wild photo too. Thanks for dl!

i agree the abruptness and hesitancy seems to counterpoint nicely with the more fluid and liquid elements

praying mantras
after listening, the week of tension drips from my skin, and I am only able to provide 5 ohms of resistance. intriguingly short, crunchy and delicious, like a well-fed fruit fly. 0x0

Frippertronics Experiment #4 - guitar drops
Impressive! I was particularly impressed by the tone on the left that sounds more like an electric piano than a guitar. A tone like that would be useful in a wide variety of contexts.

fripping cool
Usually I just don't have the necessary interest/patience/understanding to listen to experimental music. This track though I found oddly intriguing. Alive, somehow. The odd macro photo of (what exactly?!) fits. Hits the sweet spot around 1:00 and is one of those tracks that, paired with a video for example, make a lasting impact. On its own it's a unique musical snapshot of a dimension I was unfamiliar with. Until now.

Leaders and followers
I just listened to all four of your frippertronic experiments and it is an interesting progression. I know you were trying figure out how to get a certain sound in the first efforts .. and then after you got there you moved on to deeper experimentation. That's the hallmark of a truly creative musician - someone not content just to copy and imitate, but rather learn, absorb and then create something new from it. Who knows where it might lead?

Genre Info
Experimental music is any music that challenges the commonly accepted notions of what music is. There is an overlap with avant-garde music. John Cage was a pioneer in experimental music and defined and gave credibility to the form. As with other edge
