Description
almost lost this one, I pressed bounce then went to help my wife with the groceries, went back to the computer to see that it was frozen, I freaked because I knew I would lose this song. so I shut down and lost all the tracks got real depressed and attempted another version, it was very different. Anyway a few days pass by and I decide to clean up my desk top, and there it is the Aiff of this song , I hope you enjoy

Lyrics
sociably unexecepted
fashionably fake
passing you blame yourself
you think its never to late
spread it up for the future
lets see whats coming down
not enough for the memories
you dont hear a sound
its sneaking up on you
it holds you when your down
nothing to fear
when you have a look around
you say I know its coming
its coming soon
its out your window
its in your room
you say a
sociably unexcepted and fashionably cool
everything you do is over the top and you have nothing to do when you get it all done
you have it faked
sociably unexpected now
i think its all to late
you get it when you get around
when you coming down
when you come around
sociably unexcepted fashionably fake
screaming into a mirror
you know its to late

sociably unexcepted
fashionably fake
you think you got on top
you cant hold up
you say just one more sunny day
you cannot look away
everything you got and everything you fake
sociably unexcepted
fashionably fake

spinning wheel wont stop on you
you beat it when you take off
say
sociably unexcepted
fashionably fake

don't even wanna know the look on your face when you realized...
but the song was definitely worth redoing. got that "excitement" magic to it. this is one i would love to hear fully produced and mastered with real hardware and all. that'd be intensity.

i hate that spinning ball of fate
dig the aggressive fever here tim. just the right amount of distortion to give this a great edgy feeling. the effected synth has a nice sparkle plus slick lyrics too.

If Lennon were still with us
I think he would be doing something like this. Don't know why it struck me with a White Album of the future feeling - but it did. Now I wanna hear the depressed alt version.

I know that feeing ... on a few occasions I got that sick to my stomach feel as the rainbow ball spins and spins ... I lost a few that way after so much energy put into the time ... the thing is when you work on spontaneity you can never truly redo it. Glad you salvaged this ... it's a grungy tune with that guitar... really like your lyrics.

Lost and found
The tinkly bits contrast nicely against the distorted guitar. Interesting lyrics, too, Tim. Glad it resurfaced. Thanks, Peter.

I like how the distortion of the vox matches the intensity of the music.

What they said...
...and...
How do you write this stuff? I never cease to be amazed by the complexity of your lyrics or the complexity of the music you put with them. And you seem to do it all so naturally time and time again. After a while, one becomes fairly speechless in trying to describe what's going on here, but you sure do command attention.

Hate when that happens!
Psychodelic! This has a lot of attitude!

I am sensing some Jane's Addiction influence.... different and cool! Dig!

The
distorted guitar and drums sound great and the distorted vocals work well with the aggresive intensity of the music.
All this inventive and complex work makes for a great listen Tim and was very much enjoyed.
