Well now I know
how most of your pieces sound so good, since you can improvise (and then embellish) such gorgeous work to begin with. And this really is gorgeous: delicate without being insipid, relaxing without being boring, and just plain pretty. Thanks, I took a copy (as usual ;-)

Just noticed this
Beautifully played and well thought through. For some reason I hear Peter Greenstone's influence here - might be the ringing synth sounds. I'm very envious of anyone who has skills at this level with keyboards.
Excellent stuff!
Cheers from Oz,
Neil

Peacefulness
That is what comes through for me with this gentle piano track. Your choice of chords is intriguing and unexpected in most places, the key change at around 1:45 especially nice. I might also say that the string embellishments are layered precisely on the beat at all times (as far as I can tell). This isn't an easy thing to accomplish, especially when the performance includes so much rubato throughout. Congratulations on pulling that off so seamlessly. The tinkling bell effect in the last 20 seconds or so is very effective, too. Hard to tell if that's a 2nd piano or perhaps a harp that you have pulled in at that point, but, nevertheless, it is a delightful addition to this warm and beautifully-played improvisation.

In full command from inspiration to sound
It's like you were able to get completely out of the way and let the full energy of your muse sing out unfettered and true. Every note, every silence in its place. Gorgeous.

Thanks Pari for letting us download this piece. It's a treasure.

Always
Great when you can put those little sparks of creativity down into a improvisation. Doesn't happen often but you always feel you have accomplished something when you make something tangible from that little creative spark. (well I do anyway :) ) Lovely tune!
