Description
Glenn Pellito sent me this bassline asking for it to be developed, so I took it and added the rest. Tanya says she wants to write some lyrics and sing to this so you might see a version with vocals.

I like it too Fred
That bassline deserved developing, the guitar sings a kind of spontaneous, soaring melody, and the drums fit perfectly, but fairly quietly, in the back.

Who's playing the wonderful guitar? Nice drumming Fred ... real solid with that bass line ... this is quite good on its own as an instrumental ... the guitar really carries the whole thing melodically. Nice ...

Sounds like a song with the vocal track missing.
Yep, a very fine one too. The smooth and rhythmic guitar work is very refined. I'm not sure why this doesn't sound like a good old-fashioned instrumental to me, but it really does sound like a song with the vocal track gone awol. I can't work out why that is, but maybe you can. Look forward to a version that has that vocal track, if it does the instrumentals justice it will be great listening.

Cool rocker. Your guitar playing is really impressive. Killer tone too. Always rock solid and in the pocket behind the drum kit!

It is
sweet as an instrumental but I can hear lyrics sliding in here and there, too. Thanks.

Excellent bed, Freddy! Flows nicely, with impressive lead guitar work. There's certainly space for some lyrics to make this into a real power anthem. I look forward to the next version!

Bassline
From experience I know very well how inspiring a good bassline is. The washtub bass of our local jugband never fails to get the ladies' feet a-twinklin', and the local lads engage in enthousiastic display of air banjo. Your solo may not measure up to what they are imagining, but since yours has actually rendered tangible, you win by default.
