Nothing Left
Gorgeous track...Love the minimalist approach to scoring and you do it so well here...this has plenty of space, but with enough textural and melodic interest to sustain the cue. There's a lovely fragility to the mood evoked. So glad I stopped by!

Really beautiful
Tender, delicate, wistful: I like John's "fragility to the mood" comment. Very nice post Ron; thanks for the d/l.
The video is almost literally "a rainy night in Georgia" ;-)

Thanks!
Richard, it's good to hear from you again. Thanks for listening! I like John's comment, too, and it's something I didn't consider while recording this track. It's funny: I told myself that I was going to do only one take with the MIDI guitar and no other takes. I'm trying to do that more often and if the mistakes aren't too much of an ear sore, then just leave them in. This was one of those tracks. It certainly has its share of mistakes, but the more I listened to it, the more the mistakes (the random notes that should not have been) seemed to strengthen the mood I was trying to evoke. In terms of music skills and technique, I think dumb luck is my greatest skill. Thanks again for listening and for the kind words. Cheers!

Nothing left
The notes seem to be sprinkled across the landscape in a peaceful, almost magical way. It gets across the reflective feel of the theme. Beautiful work.

Nothing Left
My kind of ambient music, Ron. Gentle, interesting, subtle and finely textured. A fine composition and recording. Thanks, Peter.
