Whatever...
Something about the instrumental backing, but to me it sounds like the early Pretenders are backing up your vocals (and I really dig that)!

Love the guitars
Lovely tones - would probably like to hear something a bit more driving in the bass department (but you probably knew I'd say that!). Very clean production - like it.
Cheers from Oz,
Neil

More JJ than Jagger
Has a JJ Cale groove although I can hear the Stones as well

Guitars are sounding great and your vocals are well up to your normal standard.

Cheers

Whatever...
The repeated riff works well to anchor the song and give it that stoner feel you describe.Quality guitar work and a classic slow rock feel - as evidenced by comparisons to some of the best going round. Thanks, Peter.

Definitely some Stones going on
I really like the guitar tone you're getting. Cool progression and your voice sounds great on this. Enjoyed.

Well, the Stones...
...via Pretenders and maybe an unreleased Lou Reed demo...

Interesting doubled vocal using different parts of your range...

The basic guitar riff definitely has Keith-ish phrasing with that Pretenders chime... On my headphones, I could definitely hear a more compressed and present guitar sound left and right, and a few more dB's of bass guitar... I'd love to hear more smack and ambience on the drums/drum machine, too...

The lead is good. The lead is always good...
