What dreams may come?

Description
So, finished at last. The way I have ended it made me decide on another title. One has many dreams in one night. Thanks to everyone who followed along. Suggestions are still welcome, nothing is set in stone and there are many people here who's opinions I respect. On a side note I find myself wishing for a 64bit version of Cubase. This track really pushed the boundaries of the 32 Bit V5. Especially as my iMac has 16 gig of memory.... The artwork is one album cover idea.

Great piece of work.
This is atmospheric and beautifully composed, and the mix is clear and detailed. Good luck with the album, though if all of it is this good luck isn't going to be a big factor.

powerful
your tracks have such presence and easily fill the spectrum. The buildup and transition to the second part are great. The solo is cool, but I'm torn whether I would like to hear the soloing style in an instrumental setting or in this more electronic setting, where solos are often support without the focus on adding energy.

Also like the new ending! Good heavens, sounds like some ancient Greek gods got very angry with the piano. But seriously, great control and attention to detail and your brilliant sense for 'epic understatedness' (trademark that) as always. And a fun journey to take from beginning to final product! Excellent.

Solo
aye, which is why I was torn between a solo or a moving pad. But using the solo allowed me to deepen the melodic theme and introduce parts of it for the strings and then the piano to develop.

Dreams
Fabulous. Had me totally immersed. Then it stops, and the piano bit brings it all down. I says, "OK, it's a soundtrack, but ...", then it kicks in again, which is just what I was wanting. Yes! This kicks a lot of ass for cinematic soundtrack. Inspiring piece. But lose the spider hahahaha.

Wow
What a journey! The kind of soundtrack that is not made for a film, but the other way around. Would be great for one of these short movies that sometimes are put in a gap between tv programs.

Really cool ending, after the piano. I had to shout right out.

I like all your album art including this, but I can imagine it might scare one or two away ;-)

Thanks again, enjoyed this a lot.

Take care my friend,
Henrik

I like the idea
of the spider playing a stand-up bass ;-) and I can't believe that anyone who enjoyed your music would not buy an album because of the spidey photo.
All that aside, I think this is another winner. Cheers.

What dreams may come?
It's been great to follow the project, Andrew. It seems to me that the vocals are leaping even further out of the mix and the whole project seems just that more spacious and polished. Sounding fantastic through my monitors. Such range and depth. The quiet piano prelude to the "War of the Worlds" outro is inspired. Glad you are back! Take care, Peter.

Powerful bass
Sending my windows and door frames into full rattle mode. Excellent production value on this. I think the only thing I would recommend is perhaps mixing the bass line up a bit more. Instead of chugging on the note, mix up the syncopation a little and perhaps throw a few low dips in the bassline. Cool and unexpected transition there at 5 mins and change. Where do you get all these cool electronic sounds? Very nice work man.

Has a
Middle Eastern flavor to the voices and the lovely "horn?" sound. There are weaving birds as well as spiders. Quite beautiful. Thanks.
