Buxom Space Girls In Spandex
"Klytus, I'm booored.... what plaything can you offer me today?"
"An obscure planet in the SK system, your Majesty. It's inhabitants refer to it as the planet......... Earth."
"How peaceful it looks......." Chuckles, presses button. Earth begin blowing up.
"Will you destroy this 'Earth'?"
"Later! I'd like to play with things awhile.... before annihilation......."

If ever someone decides to do a remake of Flash Gordon, they really need to talk to you about doing the soundtrack. Perhaps Vic's to blame for putting the sci-fi bug in my ear, but I was hearing all kinds of just-not-quite discernible whispers of something musical that wasn't exactly musical but yet unmistakably musical. Bright purple spaceships and buxom girls in spandex and deleriously cheesy emperors and lots of minions and people yelling "seize them" and more buxom girls in spandex and the earth in danger... only the colors are crazy vivid. Right around 2:39, I *really* began to get into the visual flow of this. Mmmmmm. SEIZE THEM!

So...
Clearly, you're a bit of a strange bird; else you couldn't have thought up something this cool and outside. .. :) Really cool, spooky, ethereal work. Aren't those Zoom H2s fabulous? They are a vastly underrated system. I should get one for remote work...

Electric
Kool zounds. You are producing some very interesting music with these sound effect pieces. I am thinking I need a real analog synth to get the real synth sound. Sampled instruments do not produce sounds like this. THanks.

Stretching the limits...
...or...scratching the limits? You've created some interesting sound effects with this one. The two guitar notes/chords get a bit grating by 2:00 or so, but maybe that was the whole idea. Given the right cinematic context, however, I can see how this whole soundscape would be extremely effective. In any event, you continue to push the envelope with each of these extemporaneous creations, finding unique ways to set a mood. That is so cool, creating a sui generous body of work.
