Description
I don't get as much time these days to record songs, but this one came quick and easy. It's rough around the edges but I like the energy. It's something of a stream of conscience in the lyrics department so don't be too hard on me!
Lots of guitar, lots of BVs, all my usual stuff.

Sounds good ... like the thick crunchy guitar. Vocals and melody are catchy. Enjoyed.

Nice guitar tone to kick things off, Paddy. The pop vocals contrast the crunchy riffing to good effect. A "quick one" but a "good 'un". Thanks for the post, Peter.

I always enjoy a new bit of Paddy rock. Catchy pop melody with solid crunchy guitars. Great vocals.

great
great guitar sound. to die for actually. this is like a guided by voices or teenage fanclub track that I haven't discovered yet. really nice backups and driving guitar make for a perfect indie pop vibe. that chorus is perfect.

nice
great song paddy, I especially like the prolonged simple yet catchy guitar solo/outro. the lyrics seem fine, I'm not sure the lyrical content matters as much as overall vibe in a tune like this. and you captured a good vibe!

consistent
you're scarily consistent with these little garage rockers. and i know that in a parallel dimension you walked into a piggly wiggly in athens and suddenly you were a baby born in Britain and you've been trying for 40 years to get back via a special harmonics known only to the knights templar. I'm sorry dude. But happy that we have your music.

I grew up in the 70's and 80's in the south of the UK in an Irish family. I had always loved music but was never given an opportunity to explore making it for myself. About 10 years ago I bought an acoustic guitar and began strumming in earnest. To d... [see more]
