Description
This is a song I posted about a month ago; and since then I have joined the EastWest family; I got their Composers Collection of sample libraries; this is a new string arrangement using Hollywood Strings Gold. Hope you enjoy! Still a few minor tweaks to get the strings where I want them, but I wanted you to hear how they sound...

Stacey Knights on flute, me on everything else...

Art is an Abby Doodle during her Mandarin Chinese class...

Suite toon Phil
The strings are fairly subtle so I couldn't hear where they needed tweaking. A delicious listen. Props to Mr. Knights.

The strings certainly sound very good, Phil. I like their airiness. This song certainly has a wonderful mellow vibe. A good 'un. Thanks, Peter.

Sounds NICE!
The strings are light but have a certain amount of depth to them (anytime I add strings to something they sound like somebody strumming a kitchen egg slicer--yours sound SO good!) and they are a beautiful addition to this piece Phil. Like Richard, I'm not sure where the tweaks need tweaking, but this sounded wonderful and smooth! Michael

Hey Phil - I listened to this, and then your older version, and the strings are definitely improved here. They have a lot more depth and character. They make this already beautiful piece that much more elegant. I'd say you made a good investment. Enjoyed, Phil - thanks!

Sweet flute...
Kudos on a very fine soft jazz composition which features such a calming and beautiful flute line. Nice. Nice. Nice. Your precision with the backing orchestra is excellent, Phil, the bass in particular being absolutely right on the money with every beat. I think the strings are just fine here, adding a subtle and smooth backing. This is a most-pleasant listen. You always write such great music. I'm never disappointed. Wow!

Sublime
I have Gold envy. Seriously, the new strings sound great mainly because you've used them so well. This is a terrific song Phil. A light touch on the flute with a bit of soft jazz feel. Drum track is great too. Well, everything is. Kudos, Congrats and Deep bows of appreciation.

I have been looking at the Complete Composer's collection but most of the elements I have except for the Hollywood Strings/Brass/Woods etc. I have been using Symphony Orchestra and find it hard to justify - even at 50% off - the full versions. Not only that but I'd have to buy another SSD to hold it all. Still, the sound you get here makes it pretty tempting….. maybe next year??

Thanks for posting this one Phil! A fine job sir.

Very well done...
Love the flute and strings Profuse Lushness, as well
I like how you mix your tracks, I know everything is
Midi it's just so tight with every hole filled, couldn't
pour water between those notes...Strings take up a
good part of that...

Cool track my Man...
