Jazz Glitch Dub Experiment

Description
this is another soundscape for a movie that someone has yet to make. the track basically consists of an organ and some drums. I did pretty much everything by playing around with delay. I am kind of a delay junky and have a few I like to play with. This track uses Logics Delay Designer as well as RP Delay (which can make some strange sounds). There are only the 2 original tracks and the delays are on a couple of sends. I EQed the drums to make them sound papery (they sounded too nice when I first did them in Battery). It's another piece that is roughly a minute long.

Papery
and ragged, like the paper went through the wash by mistake. Great sound on this. I especially like that the chords in organ part are 'happy': they have an almost goofy charm that sets this apart. More of these, please!

Jazz Glitch Dub Experiment
It certainly has that experimental film soundtrack feel, Michael. It causes an interesting effect on your senses. Intriguing. Thanks, Peter.

like this
the papery drums sound great - and the delay artifacts are cool. I also like one minute tracks.

Jazz Glitch
that little 'high-pitched beep drone' zoned me in. like a "this is only a test" sound. i thought everything melded well. a mini collage.

Cool!
Nice little experiment! It's amazing what can be done with only two original tracks and some delays. Limitations are good. I'm picturing two young kids walking with umbrellas skipping along the beach right after it has got done raining. The sun is starting to poke through the clouds, it's late afternoon and the sun's rays of light are bathing everything in gold. And there's a dog running along beside them... golden retriever.
