An Elf's Destiny

Description
I entered a mix contest featuring Hans Zimmer the film scoring giant. The idea was to use some samples supplied by Zimmer, and change or mix them as you see fit. If you are chosen by Zimmer you get a chance to join his scoring team. At present there are over 700 entries. I did not expect to get anywhere rather it was just the pleasure of doing something. I thought Zimmers samples were great so I did not want to change much rather I just wanted to add. So I added Elf language and choir. The elf language comes as sample to play from your key board via midi, the language was developed by Aduardo Tarilonte and is played using Kontact. The choir is Philharmonik. The contest entry was to be only 90 or so sec. And is heard on Soundcloud. This is an extended version of my entry. Hope you like it..

Dave

Good luck, Dave. I'll drink to your 'elf! :-) The keyboard elf language is cool. Really nice mix. Plenty of room to breathe and then the crescendo really ups the ante. Worthy. Thanks, Peter.

Tricky blighter, Johnny Elf
An enjoyable trip through the elfabet. I hope it wins the contest. The finale is excellent. Also, I hope elves don't get as overused as vampires. Vampires were cool once, but not any more.
