Description
Sorry about all the uploads today ... something kept bugging me and my obsessiveness kicked in LOL
The roots of this is actually from one of our jams ... the drums bass and rhythm guitar panned right. I added two more guitar noodling tracks with my godin acoustic/electric... Donnie played brushes for most of it and picked up the sticks at the end.
Always looking for comments on the mix....

Stan Gadziola guitar vocals mix
Rob George bass vocals
Donnie MacNeil drums vocals

A fine RnB groove, Stan. Cool jam style song. Like others, I really like the way the bass drives things along and is prominent without being dominant. I did find that, to me, there seems to be somewhat of a convergence of instrument and vocal frequencies in the high mids that gave the mix a bit too much "sizzle" and masked the vocal a bit. But sure as hell, I ain't no expert. Thanks, Peter.

Love the bass in this - lively but solid. Plenty of space for everything in the mix, and everything easy to distinguish but making a unified whole. Entertaining guitars! Keep them coming, Stan!

Groovy!
This has a relaxed and engaging sound. It seems live, which is I think the highest compliment you can give a studio recording.

Lovely song, and very nice playing all over.

Mix: the left guitars are too far forward. In fact they detract from the vocals. They should be in a similar space as the right guitar.

On the other hand those little solo licks around 1:20 that are dead center are clearly solos, so they are fine.
