Hey Pat
Get some stuff out of the mixing box and fix the thing, sounds like the guy can play, the other parts are strong. Bass players will consider you are making fun of them. They don't appreciate producers who put their work in a poor light ;)

Look...I downloaded this months ago.
I have no idea who this is....the track was perfect...who ever it was.
I..ME...Played a harp and vocals over a tune I downloaded.
I liked it....no I didn't f uck with it....it came out clipping ....that was my fault....because frankly I didn't give a shit.......I was just having fun. you know Daug...that's sort of what your missing...here. You are a damn good musician.... I on the other hand...am a damn good lover of music. when you were at Andy's house before things went south....we were playing good s hit. you were ripping. Now here in is the question?....Did it just suck to you and sound good to me....or was it good?

Almost Listenable
(Pat sent me email which demanded I must respond here. So here ya go my friend...)
If ya can't fix the track, okay. If ya purposely won't fix it for some reason... seems unfair to the players on the track. That's my entire thought.
You should care, a perfect track has the right notes in it. When jamming on something, there are only right notes. No reason to play wrong ones, or lame notes or bullshit. I hope that helps ya.
The thing is, or it is not. Everything else is somebody talking. For me anyway, I come at music as a jammer, play the right notes. Life is too short for pretense.
