Description
The most beautiful girl in the world, every time she passes me on the street she smiles at me and her smile is so disarming that it makes me speechless, then I turn to watch her as she passes and she turns to watch me too, and she always gives me another smile.
She is so disarming that I find myself speechless.

I have loved her since the first time I saw her, deep in the city.

She is always alone, like me.
She is strong, like me.
Maybe a little crazy, like me.

Nice!
I'd be tempted to slow this right down and make a longer, more ambient piece. Nice progressions, I like it. Soothing and gentle.

Smooth
This has a very gentle, smooth quality to it as you balance dissonance with consonance moving from chord to chord. I wonder if you'd consider moving the tonality (way) beyond the one you've chosen for this whole track. It would give you an opportunity to explore some other harmonic language as you move...(Ah, around 3;35 you are beginning to get there! Now, keep going.) Also, aside from the kind of in-built melody that emerges as the chords change, this is piece doesn't really have a melodic direction. But...ha! ... you can get there, too, by adding a solo instrument (maybe a reed?) above the swirling harmonics you already have. This could really take off at that point.
(Your present ending is pretty abrupt.)
Lots of potential for development, I think. I enjoyed listening to your thinking.
