Lyrics
You point your finger,
and place the blame.
You want the summer.
You want the summer.

Your freedom.
And your pillar.
With all your power.
With all your power.

But who has the gun now?
Who has the gun now?

Maybe,
there's nothing at all.
Stability.
Just a Napolean complex.
Your pillar,
sways to and fro.
Your freedom?
You want the summer.

Who has the gun now?
Who has the gun now?

who's got the gun now
Atmospheric almost sinewy vibe. Some fine guitar work and plaintive blues vocals. I enjoyed the ride. Thanks, Peter.

Wow - this is pretty amzing
I love how loose and almost off center this feels - especially in the beginning - then it falls into a super solid groove midway. Excellent guitar and very unique production. Solid vocals too. Digging the slippery bass and free drum style as well.

Rehearsal Ready
The band has got the goods. Rehearsal is what I would suggest as the most important next step.

who's got the gun now
cool blusey rock. the difference in tone of the guitars is great... so it easily comes off as two people trading the goods

Thanks Vic
That was the idea, though I think I need to mix them a little more evenly still. Thanks for the comment.

Loose and bluesy
Lots to like. Vocals in particular sound terrific. lead breaks also. Stones vibe indeed. Sounds better each listen. What's the lineup? All live? Some random percussion popping up here and there is a little distracting.
Interesting post!

Thanks
Especially for the vocal comment considering I'm afraid for anyone's eardrums before listening. The lineup is just myself (Ken) and Craig on drums. Not live obviously with two people. I don't mind the random percussion, but I realize it's too high up in the mix. I'm fairly new to bass guitar also. Guitar is more my thing. It's tough when doing all the parts of a song, so we're looking for help on songs.
