Like the boppy opening, Chris. Some fine bass lines. When the vocal came in I immediately thought of early Traffic, a la late 60's Winwood and Capaldi. Enjoyed the ride. Thanks, Peter.

Thanks
Peter. I think this song has potential. Just wish the singer was struggling so bad for the recording. Normally he's perfectly in tune, but it happens! Appreciate the comment

Rockin combo
Has the contemporary vibe. I really dig the track and the feel for the experience being live and fresh.
Suggestion: consider a hooky vowel sound backing vocal? The lead vocal works for me just fine, the lyrics are fab. So hand percussion would add some drive. Compressing the rhythm guitar might get ya some bark there. Great sound.

bright and breezy
Nice. I enjoyed that. I like the choppy chords and the bassline is great, really drives it along. Can't think of anything critical to add. Cool.

Hey everyone! I love throwing up some ideas on here and seeing what you all think of them. I recently got Pro Tools 10, (very hard to figure it out on your own), and so far it sounds pretty good. All drum recordings are done in about a 10' x 10' carp... [see more]
