than many others in the series, but I suppose that's a good thing :-) The oriental touch is subtle, but it's there! Very nice take on OE II.

the way you gradually brought this all into rhythmic sync Harald, as though the train was struggling with the hills in parts, but all turns out right in the end as we reach our destination, regards M

On the tracks
There is something about the rhythm. That strings synth implies a rhythm that has the beat somewhere that is not the beat, and I just can not force myself to hear it in such a way that the drums and other instruments are in sync with it. Know what I mean? Maybe if that clavinet didn't have the echo it would establish the actual beat.

Orient Express II
A bit different in that you don't launch into things headlong from the start, Harald. I like it. Great palate of sounds. Nice buildup. The drums work very well. The slightly syncopated feel gives the piece an unsettling mood. Creative and nicely realised. Thanks, Peter.
