Yay Soft Machine!
If only. One of my favorite bands and I aspire to such - hence the fuzzed out organ sound towards the end. Very kind indeed. Well - maybe not all that easy - but it confuses the algorithms.

Thanks for dropping by
it's weird playing with the same band in a new configuration. We were a bass - drums - guitar trio. Searching for a sound.

Gig
Is smoking allowed? This feels like it would go well with a toke.

They just reduced small possession to a
ticketed offense in NYC - so it's a little easier I guess. Maybe we should bake some brownies to serve during my first duet set - we go on third.

the return of A7
a little bit of a different configuration, but that A7 approach is still there.

Thanks Vic
I really miss guitar - it's much more physical and second nature. This new thing is proving challenging to wrangle in this lineup.

Ready for Take-off
The addition of the synths & electronics should make for a more complex sound package for Airport Seven .. although I'm sure you yourself will miss flying high on the guitar. Will the bass player be joining in to add heft?

Kind support Warren - thanks
I get what you're saying. John - the bass usual player - is playing guitar now - though in this particular case it sounds a lot like another synth. At other times I have provided the bottom on synth. John also drops and octave at times on guitar.

I almost
feel as though you guys are sneakily lulling us into a mellow mood just so you can knock our socks off with what comes next. Can't get any more contemporary and experimental than this. Keep having fun. Thanks.

So nice of you to drop by Char
yes eventually we reached exit velocity and the rockness happened - but I tend to like the buildup more sometimes.
