A rhythmic treat...
...I am waiting for the kitchen sink.
I found the track really interesting to listen to, there being new turns and tunes just about every other measure. There's a lead guitar in there somewhere. I wish you'd bring that out a little more in the mix because it is really cool. Anyway, this was fun to listen to on a dreary Saturday morning where I live. Ever-inventive. Cool.

Hello Mr. Page
No kitchen sink lol. Three guitar parts appear on this recording. There is a Baritone guitar part that is previously uncredited, that's the low above the Fender Bass. Next is the Pacifica 1221ms, this is the "Bitch" guitar featured on many of my posts. Across the top is a Fernandes Pro 81 which is currently on high rotation in my practice routine. The guitars are separated by spacial placement. Were you to listen to this recording on modern playback equipment, take an MP3 ;), the Pro 81 would appear "next" to the drums... just as it would be done in a live environment. Have fun!

Double tap
I like the energy of the opening. Love those lead guitar lines - so much so I'd have brought them forward, I think. The change from 2:48 adds new interest. It gets wilder towards the end. I enjoyed the ride!

Hello Philip
Thanks for stopping by and offering suggestions. I will think about what you have to say... Sounds like a lot of work lol!
That blend of three "moving" parts is the problem. My producers hat is not on tight enough to move from the ensemble template to that "guitar out front" template with this material...lol. I don't know if I can do that technically. Maybe I should try that?
Things did kind of open up after the shuffle break... The longer I play anything that kind of happens... "The Loosen Up" :)

Steve in the house
Thanks for stopping in and commenting.
Starts with the drums... nothing happening there, no matter how hard one tries the track will not fly.
The revolution in drumming brought by computers is as important as the digital recording innovation. Roger Nichols more than any individual deserves the credit for the changes... he led the way.

Double Tap
I like how everything is "enveloped" by the drums. A classic trip to the Daug house. Music to rise up and storm the barricades by. Was that double tap in the kitchen sink? :-) Take care out there, Peter.

Hello Peter
The drum envelope is the default in my template for a year or so... The kitchen sink hu? History would indicate one be careful what they request around here... Not ready to make another project like "The Little Blue Dog", this piece doesn't warrant that treatment... just a quick one and done.
Thank you for stopping by... you guys as a group seem to want this piece to get tighter... I will think about it...

great arrangement
Great guitar work and superb arrangement- first it sounds like a Joe Satriani inspired peace and then the change to the Allman Brother part - great job - I like it a lot.

Alright Ace-T
Found yer way to the daug house? Be careful we got lots of potentially dangerous substances around here... thanks for the listen. Satriani meets the Allman Brothers- I kinda like that idea... but it still sounds like daug to me... lol!

Letting loose
Great jam in the Daug House. Great guitar work. I love the transitions. I bought a new set of black tape strings for my fretless. New life! This is inspirational. This makes me want to revive my studio. Thanks!
