Description
Two guitars taking the leads here - Maton steel strung acoustic on the left (plugged in this time) and Ibanez Artist on the right. Kyle is doing the drumming. Plus a few more guitars (of course) and some soft synths. I hope you enjoy listening!

The photo was taken on a recent trip to Sydney - opera house on the left of the bay, Sydney harbour Bridge on the right.

Time Taken
Fine job, recalls Chet in a good way. The little hook gets a great work out. The rakes in your playing sound natural and add emotional impact. A suggestion? Study your default vibrato technique. Once you know what you normally do, develop two distinctly different applications. Switch between them as the mood in the tune lends itself to that interpretation.
Thanks for keeping the bar so high! Great music every time ;)

Vibrato techniques
Food for thought there - something that I don't focus on too much. Maybe I think just about the notes rather than the technique? You've just added something to my practice sessions, Daug! Thanks for listening and for the comments - much appreciated!

Nice. Liking the contrast in tone between the two featured guitars. Your lead work on the acoustic is particularly melodic and fluid.

Good to hear from you, Andrew. "Melodic and fluent" is what I was aiming for so I'm pleased it came across that way!. Cheers. Philip.

Fluid and engaging, Philip. Nice balance in the mix and some fine interplay between the two chief protagonists (with a few onlookers, of course :-)). Enjoyed. Talk soon, Peter.

Conversation
The master of mellow strikes again. This tune is comfortably buoyant .. or should that be buoyantly confortable? Either way .. it simply feels good.

I like the mix of guitars .. that back and forth thing going on .. like it's a dialogue between good friends.

Lovely tones Philip
I'm enjoying the mellowness of the leads and the underplayed backing that holds it all together. Kyle fits in so well ;)
Cheers from "up north".

I'm sorry Philip - I took my time getting here to listen! I'm glad I finally made it though. Silky smooth playing - mellow and relaxing groove, and the lead playing is stylish and classy - this is definitely your niche. Enjoyed the listen, my friend - thanks!
