Description
This track is set in the far north of my project game's map - across icy glaciers, snowcapped mountains that roll down onto the half-frozen northern sea. Here, the sun is just about to break across the mountain range, and shine down onto the fishing village of Dawnstar as the morning fog clears, and the skies open up to another day of perilous work.

(sorry for the long space at the end!)
With the rallentando at the end, my usual bar-or-so's length has been stretched out over about 10 seconds!

Anyway, enjoy the piece and do post a comment below when you want to! :)

Atmospheric music. I like the different elements you have in here - everything's nicely placed. There's a gentle flow to the music and different dynamics at various stages. Impressive!

Moody and totally on target.
Just perfect for the stated mood. This is good enough to decorate a Hollywood movie, though I'm going to repeat myself and say it ought to be a very good movie with a soundtrack like this. You really could do this kind of composing for a living.

Glacial Dawn
Nicely done - well written and the piece ebbs and flows expressively. Has a Celtic ring to it - well done - enjoyed the listen!

I agree that you might have found your post-college calling ...
... at least one of your callings ... doing motion-picture work.   This composition definitely “sets the stage and sets the mood.”

Perilous work
I wouldn't mind having such a soundtrack over my morning rituals. Though they are probably more pedestrian than what takes place in your game universe.
