Description
Ok, I have finally finished this one. I went through allot of changes in direction and instrumentation, amongst other things. And I also found out how many tracks I can use before my computer crashes lol.

This is a song about letting go of the past and discovering that there is still... Life !!! Here's to the journey ahead... Peace... Lou

The journey of life, indeed...
A wonderful theme for this pleasant excursion of music. Your song description tells it like it is. The past can hold us back. Rather than that, let's learn from it and move on to the present and take on Life. Lovely tune.

Visionary
Crashing your computer - it's a good thing to discover the limits of one's artistic efforts : )

Actually, I've noticed over the years, every time I have gone through a major computer upgrade I find myself thinking "now I'm really set." And then some day later on, once again, I bump into the physical limits by trying to do more complex projects.

This piece is wonderful. The sonic elements feel visionary .. yet there are plenty of straightforward melodic phrases to ground it. It practically demands you listen to it again before it comes to a complete finish.

What program are you using to create your sonic effects?

Re: Visionary

Thank you so much for your comments and support !!! I appreciate it !!! I am currently using A Pro 7, a Korg M50 workstation, and several bass guitars... The A Pro 7 is easy to use and I am very comfortable with it. But I was thinking of going to another DAW program... Any suggestions that will work on PC.... thanks again... Peace ... Lou.

Suggestions?
I'm afraid I can't help you out. I was asking about what you are using with the hope I might learn from you : )

I'm a Mac user and do most of my production in GarageBand .. and for sonic effects I use a program called Audacity. But there a number of technical specialists here at MacJams who willingly share their experience and expertise, so if you have specific questions I'd suggest you use a forum post to ask.
