It's time to dream
Beautiful work, Mike. I especially like the dripping piano notes. Warm tone. The variety of instruments is consistently engaging. Good one!

Dripping piano notes
Hi Philip18, yes - it was in need of something at that moment and I came up with that immediately with no further experimentation (which is totally unlike how I typically do things - usually takes lots of trying different instruments and playing to come up with I really like -- in this case, one instrument, and one take - I immediately said -- this fits like a glove.. and not too often it appears). Insofar as the other instrument choices, since I do not play actual guitar, flute, etc... I have to chose the most realistic tones I can afford (can't afford East West, Omnisphere, KOMPLETE, etc) so I have settled for those that are contained in my keyboards (guitar and flute are from my Yamaha keyboards - each brand has its strengths and weaknesses).

Loving the music mood....
Especially like how you weave in and out the piano, flute, and guitar to create this flowing piece. Nice indeed...

Relaxation is the Goal
Hi Dadai.2 ,
I strive, in these types of pieces, to relax you yet maintain that interest - variety in phrasing, variety in instruments, variety in drum beats and patterns are the key. Smooth music cannot have speed bumps and I strive to move you to the end of the trip. Did you notice that inclusion of additional backing instruments towards the end of the piece with increase in presence of all instruments (gain and volume)?

Thanks again for listening and commenting.

It's Time to Dream
Smooth indeed, Mike, but with great articulation in the mix at the same time. Weaving is a good description of how the piano, flute and guitar intertwine. Perhaps let the ending fade out more before closing it off? Thanks, Peter.
