Tender waltz
Tender and balanced writing. Combines a sense of childhood and an age of begone decorum and sensitivities. There are moments when the music swells that could be accentuated by pickup runs and more string section harmonies and varying the parallel rhythms employed. But very sweet tune.

Gentle
The flutes near the opening remind me of a morning breeze. Pastoral tonality. It has hints of influences coming from central European composers whilst not really settling on any of their styles. What a lovely way to end the symphony!
