Newest addition to my By The Numbers series. This is 194, another selection for the salon...(19th c. elevator music!) If you would like to read, play, or share the score, you can find it here.

(The piece runs just over 4 minutes, about a minute beyond the Bud Rule: three minutes and out.)

And as my 3 year old
grandson decides to play the noisiest game he can and the 6 month old paints himself in mashed sweet potato this was exactly what I needed :)

An oasis in a sea of noise and movement.

Lovely work as always and who cares about rules?

Beautiful, Paul. Gentle and diverting melody, light and shade in your touch. Lovely sound to the piano. Delightful little changes of pace. Thanks for the download!

I love
the melodies in this piece! Couple that with your dynamic playing style and you get extra textures. Easily one of my favorites from you.

A good example
of a composer/performer doing justice to their work.
You understand your music and of course play it so well.
Lovely piece Paul.

This is an elevator I would be happy to be stuck in for a while, Paul. All the way to the 194th floor :-) Lovely work. The little points of dissonance just seem to highlight how delightful the journey is. Thanks. Take care.

Astounding ... as usual ...
(Of course, there is nothing “usual” about it ...!)

Thank you once again for sharing – and, for sharing the score.

Although you are precise...
...there is always a sense of life and flow in both your compositions and your playing of them... a little tug like the tide at your feet...Your recordings are always musical...
