Lyrics
I see your indecision
and I get your ethical vision
but your longtime catcaged heart has a mind of its own
You're not the sort to wager
but you must consider nature
so it's time you wander into the 'take a chance' zone, wake up you're on you own

Let your feet walk wherever they want to go (repeat twice)
where that is you will know

There's a thought you find exciting
but you wanna do the right thing
If you could only kill this craving that's lingering now
Your desire it makes you dizzy
Will he make a leap or is he
just a late night lost crusader afraid of his vow
It's time for you to reckon with the great dynamics of your soul
There finallly comes a moment where you do the thing that makes you whole
Baby you're on a roll

Let your feet walk wherever they want to go
where that is you will know

There's a girl who knocks me over
but for real I don't even know her
Still her presence pulls me in - I'm a moth to her flame
I experience such yearning
there's this pulse within me burning
as her spirit has me turning
from where I once came
I never will be the same

Indecision decision
Ah, connection to BTBW? In the lyric?
The guitar parts work fine, even the more chaotic solo section! They are generally well executed and sit comfortably in the mix. The bass line drives the song nicely, kudos to the bass player the lick at the end is cool!
The production adds in percussion and background vocals improve the toons effectiveness. They sound well considered. There is an increase in the overall volume at the chorus point which jumps out- was that a choice the mixer made?
Nit? This toon could be college radio ready if the vocal was in tune. There are simple techniques you can use to combat the issue.
First thing to do- is to be more aware of yer pitch issues. Put a pitch correction plug in on your vocals- the corrected output turned off. Watch the meter demonstrate the conditions under which you loose pitch envelope control. This will occur when breath becomes an issue, chiefly after emotive words/phrases and then at the end of nearly every line. Once you see the pattern yourself it will be easier to correct.
A breath control tout online might help, especially the systemic problems, if yer gonna perform this live in front of people.
More effective perhaps in the short term, sing just a phrase at a time until you get the segment in tune and then simply paste onto a master vocal track. Your singing voice is thin and wire like, not a good candidate for autotune.
Thanks for sharing your tune with us here.

chorus
yes we felt the chorus was the payoff for this song so we did make it louder. Thanks for the critique!

Good one.
I would agree about the vocals, and once in awhile I heard timing issues. Cool!

Let Your Feet Walk
Liking the 60's vibe and recording style. Good song. Interesting lyrics. I don't mind the "looseness" in the vocals. It works in well with the feel of the song. Enjoyed. Thanks.
