Top 5 for the Month
Wednesday, August 09 2006 @ 01:49 AM CDT

Current favs on my ipod at the moment:

1. Duels - Bright Lights and What I should Have learned - Bowie/ Suede influenced UK rock

2. Jay Z/Linkin Park - Numb/Encore - great track, used as opening in Miami Vice movie

3. Citizen Cope - Bullet and a Target - chilled protest song.

4. A Scanner Darkly Soundtrack - perfect for those 3a.m. paranoia jags.

5. The Killers - When we were young - 2 min snippet of the new single on their web-site, sounds fantastic.

whatcha all listening to?

Well... judging by whats most recently played in my iTunes list... and obviously they're effected largely by what I'm actually working on currently....

1. Against the Flow by Gav... the currently unreleased version with me on drums.
2. Half of 10,000 days by Tool
3. My Shock the Monkey remix originally by Peter Gabriel
4. Random Queens of the Stone Age songs.
5. A tie between Atonalis' latest... and The Postman Song (2nd Post) by King Prawn.

Quite an oddish collection at the moment.

rcandrews - wow, that's a great list you've got there. I listen to most of that kind of stuff whenever I go to visit my dad. I especially like Ella and rosemary clooney.
