Administrative responsibilities should be given some longtime MJers for just this reason. Not saying Me, but someone... To authorize initial songs and such.

My first two votes would go to Magnatone and Paul F. Page if they are willing to take on the responsibility. Not a lot of work I would hope, but a great improvement in the response time of MacJams when new people join. Hi Folks,
Sorry for the delay. I've been trying to manage the issue when I've been able to get an internet connection. My current location has had internet issue for the past couple of weeks. Unfortunately, the file type that was submitted (Adobe Audition) has been very difficult for me to deal without having enough bandwidth to download the entire file. Please, please, please make sure files get convert to .mp3 and not just renamed from some other random file type. My intention was to have an automated response when a bad file type was uploaded, but I haven't finished that part of the upload process. I would like to get to the point where members can help in the approval process for first song submissions. -Simon |

All you guys are so sweet! I did hear from Simon and I have to switch it over to Mp3 which my hubby thought it was
So....if I can get him to do this, soon it should be up...yeah!!! Thanks for speaking up for me, I sure do appreciate it!
