Lyrics
She's taking a breather just under the waves.
I guess that's what happens when she misbehaves.
It sets off a cannon inside of her head
That sends her, full-blast, around to do what she says.
She'd take things too rough, no matter if you were tame.
But sometimes she'd kiss you first, then tell you her name.
For her, the sensation was better than words,
'Cause words, she remebered, were what made her hurt.

Too much to be said,
Not enough to be done.
With a woman like her,
Saying it was enough

And If I could bring you back I'd tell you exactly what you wanted to hear.
but there's no use saying it here

Often we stumble
Unsure where we step
And sometimes we regret the ones that we've kept.
That lead us to places we'd rather forget
And to people we simply wish we just hadn't met.
And sometimes we fall into a comfortable pace.
And time just stands still, I guess you could make the case.
That it did just that when you stepped into my sight.
And started back up again when you left last night.

Too much to be said,
Not enough to be done.
With a woman like her,
Saying it was enough

And If I could bring you back I'd tell you exactly what you wanted to hear.
but there's no use saying it here

Great sound
Indi, this sounds really nice - vocals, guitars, synth
and drum loop. Not sure about the offbeat bass tom
sound near the end though. Maybe a nice bassline
would be good.

Very nice!
This song is well put together. The lyrics are very good
and I really like the guitar part as well. This is a small
thing, but the separation of the 2 voicings was a bit
distracting when listening in headphones. I would have
liked to hear them a bit more centralized, but that is just
my opinion! Great song!!

GREAT TUNE!
Vocals sound great and so does the guitar but you need some bass in there and that beat is pretty monotonous. Maybe loose the drumbeat!

I agree!
Great songwriter. Great voice. Great guitar. Don't like the drums. I think the song needs a rhythm section - just not this one. Why not release a few versions of the song with different drums and let us comment?

Great song. :O)
