I cook. I party.

Playing all instruments except the drums. Used some kitchen stuff in the mix as well.

[ cook ]

tonight is another night again
i'm about to cook another fancy meal
some crayfish, lobster, shrimps and stuff
it's gonna be damn good!
i'm gonna start with some nobel wine
it's important to be in the right swing
recipes are not for me
i just want it to be good
some garlic and some cream, and some butter for the meal
some salt and some pepper, and some lemon what a dream
some wine for the pot, and some for the cook
what a feast!
i love, love, love to cook
boiling pasta on the stove
chopping vegetables for the bowl
crayfish smells so good
maybe i'll have a taste?
plates on the table, some more wine
the whole house smells divine
sit down by the table my friends
it's time to eat!
mmmm, this stuff is really good
a toast for you my friends
have another bite if you please
and again, and again, and again
what's up for next weekend my friends?
i mean, if you all have the time and all
i'm thinking of cooking something good
on the grill

You're funny. I have this German friend. She always says "shrimps" I know proper English grammar states that "shrimp" is one of those fussy words thats both singular and plural in the same form, but it's just so damn cute - "shrimps" - (smiling) I hope neither of you ever change the way you say it. What can I say, it's the little things that make me happy :) Cute song. Sounds like you're very content. Bet you're a fabulous cook too!

I'm hungry!
Fun! I like people who don't take themselves too seriously. The vocals are done well and the chorus is catchy. A solid tune.

Damn you, mikkinylund.
I'm really hungry now. That's a tasty song. Fun, upbeat
and fresh. What about even more voices on the "To Cook"
part of the chorus to, er, beef it up more?

Thank you all
A little bit different form me, both musically as well as
choice of lyric... I agree with the notion of not taking
oneself too serious - although I have more serious songs,
I am of course a person with a variety of different moods,
feelings and ideas - I like to show that in my music as
Of course I had to mess up on the shrimp vs. shrimps,
what can I say, once upon a while I used to refer to feet as
feets! :)
I totally take you up on the "more voices" addition. I want
a whole choir in here!
Glad you all liked it...and yes, I love shrimp(s), any
seafood, yummy-yummy!!!
